Since his appointment in June 2020, he has revolutionized hospital management, introducing standardized clinical protocols that have significantly improved patient outcomes, reduced mortality rates, and enhanced patient satisfaction. Under his stewardship, the hospital has achieved financial sustainability through innovative revenue strategies, cost optimization, and data-driven quality improvement initiatives. He also serves as the Coordinator of the Master of Tropical and Infectious Diseases Program at Benadir University, where he has been instrumental in shaping the curriculum, mentoring postgraduate students, and fostering collaborative research in tropical medicine and infectious diseases.
